As a one of the most versatile Croatian musicians, the cellist Kajana Pačko is collaborating with the world class musicians and the orchestras, while teaching at the Hochschule für Musik und Theater "Felix Mendelssohn-Bartholdy" in Leipzig.
During the 2024/2025 season Kajana is performing at the Gewandhaus in Leipzig and at the Leipzig Opera house.

Kajana is an artistic director of the ZAGREBplus international classical music festival in the production of Croatian Music Institut in Zagreb.
