Since September 2015 Kajana is teaching at the Hochschule für Musik und Theater "Felix Mendelssohn Bartholdy" in Leipzig.

Apart from the masterclasses and workshops for students, Kajana Pačko is also giving private lessons to young talented cellists.

​

Kajana is one of the teachers at the annual summer Masterclasses in Kaštela (Croatia).
